Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be made no less than 72 hours in advance to the start of the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee that must be paid before booking your next appointment, or it will be applied to the next appointment in select cases. Any appointments cancelled within 72 hours will be charged a minumum cancellation fee of 50% of cancelled appointment. Failure to cancel prior to an appointment/no-showing an appointment will result in a 90% charge of the missed appointment that MUST be paid before booking another appointment. Repeat issues with following the cancellation/no-show policy will result in client probation or termination.
